Banteay Srei 2014_5684

For me, the Banteay Srei temple, about 20km north-east of Angkor, is the most beautiful place in that area. Built in 967, it is today also known as the "Citadel of the Woman", It is made of pink sandstone and stuffed with amazing carvings and miniatures.
