Oslo city-Norway. I discovered this cute little face on the fence this frosty,cold morning at the Akrobaten brigde in Oslo.Someone had made it onto the frosty fence on the brigde. Maybe a child, or maybe an adult. I thought it was a bit out of the box thinking,and took a shot. I think it turned out quite good.
