Candle Procession
Taunggyi,
the night of the full moon of Tazaungmon (Tazaungdaing) more than one hundred thousand people take part in the candle procession to Sulamuni Lawkachantha temple. This is the culminating event of the festivities in Taunggyi and it gets very crowded.
