One of my favourite chinese food - Dumplings. Some of them are filled with hot soup around the meat or veggie filling.
Normally the skill is to grab them with the chopsticks - put them on a soup-spoon which you hold with your left hand and then bite it into half and suck the soup simultaneously making a slurping noise.
These one came with straws... looks like the chinese finally adopt western table-manners :-( boring
