One of the hundreds shops selling Chinese-New-Year-Decorations in Shanghai Old town. Paint the town red. For a few Yuan you can get lamps, double knots rats (it's the year of the rat coming) all in red and gold.
Bought some for my appartement as well ;-))
Remarkably it's mostly about prosperity and wealth and less about health - chinese way.
