... indeed. Apart from the fact that incredible fines await the "criminals" who litter anything the whole city seems self-cleaning. Not like in Malaysia wehre I am at the moment and you see hundreds of indonesian, Bangladeshi's, Indian, Malay running around in your condo, in the office, in the city cleaning... but it still looks dirty or at least run down...
