Cambodia is one of the poorest countries in South-East-Asia. the US-Dollar is the only currency accepted. Only the chnage will be given back in Cambodian RIEL.
Paying the entrance fee to the Angor Wat area (20 USD) they ladies at the counter even refused some older Dollar Notes - they only accepted the brand new bills. No discussion possible :-)))))))
